I told Ty he could watch one episode of Curious George before bed, but in the course of getting ready, Kevin didn’t get the tv turned off in time before a second one started. I was in the kitchen, and Ty called in to me, “mommy, don’t come in here”. I guess he thought if I didn’t come in and see that another episode had started, I wouldn’t tell him he couldn’t watch it! Makes sense from a kid’s perspective, I guess.
There have been other times lately, when Tyler was in the process (or just about to) do something he knows he shouldn’t be, he will say “don’t look, mommy!”. It’s cute, but doesn’t give me much credit, does it? 🙂
