Several times in the last few days we’ve seen Tyler lift himself up on his knees and elbows, so that his belly is off the ground. Then yesterday when I picked him up from Priscilla’s, she told me that twice he had gotten himself into a sitting position! She said she didn’t see him do it, just came in and found him that way. Then, last night and again this morning, Kevin and I actually saw him do it! He pulls his knees up under himself, and then sort of leans to the side and pushes with his arms until he’s sitting on his butt with his arms out in front of him, like a tripod. Amazing! and yikes, because I have a feeling it won’t be long before we have to go around and start baby-proofing stuff.
